2021 Pepper Fest Grand Parade

It was a beautiful day for a Parade on a brand new road!

Grand Marshals

The parade was lead by 2021 Grand Marshals: Ryan, Cory & Kirk Nelson. The Nelson family was chosen as the 2021 Grand Marshals because they have been such a big part of our community for so long. As former owners of Kozy Korner and current owners of Guv’s, any time someone has asked for a donation, for whatever fundraiser, they step up and help out. For many years they supplied pizzas for Pepper Fest and the Royalty Brunch and have always been ready to help Pepper Fest succeed in any manner they can.

Good Neighbor

The Pepper Fest 2021 Good Neighbor was Scott Snyder. Scott has lived in Hudson/North Hudson all his life and has contributed to the community in many ways. He served on the Village of North Hudson Planning Commission for 17 years. He coached Booster Ball and HBA Traveling Basketball. He worked behind the scenes the Sunday night of Pepper fest in the food tent for many years. You know the type of person Scott is by his actions. He cares about his community and is always willing to give back. For all of these reason and more, it’s fitting that Scott is our 2021 Good Neighbor.
