Pepper Fest Button Required for Entry 

A Pepper Fest button is required for entry (12 and under is free).

Buttons are $5 at the gate or $4 if purchased prior to the Festival. Pre-sale button sales begin August 1st at select North Hudson and Hudson businesses.

Button Design Contest

Each year the design for the next Pepper Festival button is open to amateur and professional designers. The winning button design, for the next year’s festival, is revealed at the Royalty Coronation.

2025 Button Design submissions must be received by Friday, July 5th, 2024. Make sure to include your name and contact info so we can reach you if your design is selected. Submissions become the property of Pepper Fest. Pepper Fest reserves the right to work with the artist for final designs.

Design Rules

  • Designs must use 1, 2 or 3 solid spot colors

  • Design must include the year (2024), the festival name (North Hudson Pepper Fest) and the dates of the festival (August 16 - 18)

  • No shading / halftone images

  • Design must fit into a 2.25 inch round button

  • All designs must be original without the use of copyrighted material such as artwork, graphics, slogans, etc.

  • Submit the following high-resolution files: Jpeg (without bleed), vector file (with 0.25 inch bleed)
